- What I do in the business: I am the Head of Estate Planning and I’m the boss when Karen lets me. I hold the Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation and have been drafting Wills since 2004. Currently an Affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners)
- I joined the business: at the start in August 2004
- Before that I was a: Senior Investigator with Customs and Excise. Have also sat on the Senior Executive of the Society of Will Writers
- The best thing about working here is: Giving clients peace of mind and developing my team to become stronger people
- When I’m not working I like to: travel, watch football and live comedy (often at the same time!), listen to music and spend time with my family
- One random fact about me: I have lived in 29 different houses
